A Trailer, New Van, and New Kiosk!!
Just wanted to give a quick update. For safety purposes we’ve decided to park the trailer for the winter. For example, winter conditions + hauling a trailer around busy city streets = chaos we don’t wish to experience.

We currently are focusing our efforts on getting the new food truck up and running as quickly as possible. As soon as it’s ready we’ll be serving from the food truck in the Old Market certain evenings. Looking for your chips and salsa fix? Weekly we deliver FRESH salsa and chips to our kiosk located inside Russell Speeder’s Car Wash & Free Vacs 114th & Center.

We have a lot of plans on the drawing board for the coming year. WE ARE EXCITED at the possibilities and the direction God is guiding. In the meantime, enjoy time with your loved ones and have a safe holiday season. Sincerely, Alfred’s Catering
